At Franky's Hoorn everything revolves around a pleasant day or evening out. Our guests come to us for bowling, good food and above all to have fun. As an All-round Bar & Service Employee, you and your colleagues ensure that our guests feel welcome and have a great time.

What will you do?

As an all-round employee, you are widely employable. You will work behind the bar, in service and at the reception.

Your work will include:

• 🍹 Prepare and serve drinks for our bowling alleys and restaurant.
• 🍔 Serving dishes and making sure that our guests are not short of anything.
• 👋 Receiving and guiding guests upon arrival and explaining our activities.
• 🎳 Ensuring that everything around the bowling lanes runs smoothly.
• 🧹 Together with your colleagues, we ensure a neat, cozy and hospitable environment.
• ⭐ In short: doing everything necessary to give our guests a fantastic Franky's experience.

So you don't have to stand behind the same bar all evening. It is precisely the variety that makes this position fun!

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Is hospitable and social and easily approaches people.
• Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• Can work well both independently and in a team.
• Flexible deployment and understands that catering mainly runs in the evenings and weekends.
• Takes pleasure in making sure guests have a good time.

Your availability

At Franky's we work with a basic schedule. After you have been properly trained, we will discuss together which days are best for you to schedule as fixed working days.

We ask at least:

• 2 shifts per week, of which at least 1 shift in the weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
• Willingness to work on public holidays. Franky's Hoorn is open 365 days a year, so holidays are part of it. We divide these days as fairly as possible among the team. Everyone works at least one Easter day and one Christmas day.
